What are your daycare rates?
Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m
- Full day (more than 6 hours) for 1 Paws: $43 (each additional Paws, $33)
- Half days (6 hours or less) for 1 Paws: $29
Daycare Packages
- 10 full days for 1 Paws: $387 ($43 savings)
- 10 full days for 2 Paws: $684 ($76 savings)
- 20 full days for 1 Paws: $744 ($26 savings)
- 20 full days for 2 Paws: $1120 ($200 savings)
- 10 half days for 1 Paws: $261 ($29 savings)
- 10 half days for 2 Paws: $520 ($60 savings)
*All packages include one complimentary nail trim. Ten-day packages expire in 60 days; 20-day packages expire in 120 days.
Do you welcome out-of-towners?
Of course! We cater to downtown residents, commuters, out-of-town travelers, and hotel guests looking for a reliable daycare option. When your Paws are here, they’re family.
What vaccinations are required?
We require Rabies (by six months), Bordetella, and Distemper vaccinations for all Paws.
Upload documentation from your veterinary visits directly to your Paws Play Cleveland account to ensure everything is up to date.
Can siblings be placed together?
Yes, if approved following an initial assessment. However, we remind parents that siblings may behave differently in a group setting than they do at home and it may be best to keep them separated to ensure everyone has the experience they deserve.
Do you accept special needs Paws?
Absolutely! If an owner can manage their Paws’ needs at home, we can too. Let us know how we can best accommodate your Paws.
Do Paws need to be spayed or neutered?
No, we are a behavior-based facility. As long as guests interact appropriately, they are welcome. However, Paws in heat cannot participate in daycare.
Can I bring my own toys?
For boarding, yes! However, for safety reasons, personal toys are not shared in daycare.
How about snacks?
Sure! Snacks are also permitted! Rawhides, however, are not allowed.
Can I tour the facility?
